WE ACCEPT SHIPMENTS FROM ANY FREIGHT/DELIVERY COMPANY SEVEN DAYS A WEEK INCLUDING: Canada Post, United States Post (USPS), Greyhound, Loomis , DHL, Federal Express, Canpar and UPS. You may ship to TMTV however you choose but *get a tracking number. When shipping use a reliable carrier. Even if you wish to send by regular post there is an option to receive a tracking number.
REGISTERED & SIGNATURE REQUIRED MAIL IS NOT REQUIRED: It is not necessary to send your order to TMTV by Registered mail or Signature required mail. If you send your order by registered mail or ship by mail that requires a signature this will delay the pick-up of your order by approximately 5 days. Canada & US Post do not deliver registered mail or mail that requires a signature to our door. They leave a notice for pick-up at the local postal outlet. NOTE: Most couriers deliver to our door and all require a signature. The above is only for shipments by Canada Post or US Postal Service.
CONTACT TMTV WHEN SHIPPED: Please contact TMTV by e-mail or phone to let us know the tracking number (if available) and when and how you shipped your order so we know when to expect its arrival. We will track your order and keep you informed by e-mail on its status.
IMPORTANT* WHEN SHIPPING FROM THE USA TO CANADA: If shipping from the USA to TMTV Video Lab Department please put the reason for Export as: "TEMPORARY IMPORT FOR REPAIR" on the shipping, customs declaration or invoice forms. IF YOU ARE SHIPPING BY COURIER, such as, UPS OR FED-EX declare no more than $10.00 (TEN) U.S dollars. If you declare an amount of more than $10.00 USD you may be charged import fees such as Brokerage fees, duties & taxes calculated by the total amount you declared when you shipped your order by courier to Canada. Since your material has only sentimental value it is hard to put an actual value amount on any personal material. INSURANCE: If you require insurance it will be calculated by your shipper at additional charge. You may want to inquire if your home videos or films are covered on your home owners insurance policy, this avoids paying additional insurance with your shipping.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN DELIVERY - TO THE USA: Our standard shipping method is Expedited Parcel Post with US Postal Service, or we can ship International UPS, DHL, Canpar or Fed-EX depending on the weight, value, and destination of your merchandise. TMTV is not responsible for import fees, duty, Customs or taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise reaches you and urges you to consult your local government import office with any questions. TMTV will not ship collect on customers shipping accounts. All shipping will be included and paid on the customers invoice.
PACKAGING: Put your films or videos in plastic bags and then seal in a box or pack. Make sure to provide YOUR QUOTE NUMBER (If provided), the labs phone number with the address and your phone number and address. If shipping individual video tapes or film you can use "foam mailers" which are available at most postal or courier outlets.
SHIPPING TIME: *TMTV is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package size and destination, particularly during peak periods.
OVERSEES CUSTOMER NOTICE: We currently DO NOT service customers outside of Canada or the United States of America. There are many issues that prevent us from providing services outside of North America, including: Different video standards, oversees shipping, currency exchange, billing, taxes and warranties.
