BRINGING YOUR ORDER TO VOGUE PHOTOGRAPHIC NELSON BC CANADA

NOTE: When leaving your order at any of our retail outlets please specify it is for TMTV Video Lab Department. Once you bring your order to Vogue Photographic, the counter person will fill out an order form with your contact information and instructions. Your order will then be picked up and processed locally by TMTV.

If you have any further instructions, questions or require a quote before your order is processed please contact TMTV immediately.

Once TMTV receives your order it will be inspected and processed. If we have any questions we will contact you.

PROCESSING TIME: Normal processing is 5 business days (Bring in Saturday, pick up the following Saturday). Film transfers, audio conversions, and slide scanning; 10 to 15 business days. If you need your order completed by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. RUSH ORDERS will only be accepted directly at the TMTV Lab (please call TMTV directly to make an appointment).

PAYMENT: TMTV will contact you when your order is complete. We accept Mastercard & Visa by phone, on-line payment by PayPal or you can mail checks or money orders payable to TMTV. Special arrangements can be made to leave cash or checks at Vogue Photography in Nelson or pick-up directly from TMTV Studios. Once payment arrangements are made, your order will be returned to Vogue Photographic the next Saturday.

VOGUE PHOTOGRAPHY HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday to Saturday 9am to 5:30PM Closed Sunday.

TMTV HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Closed weekends and Canadian & USA holidays.

If for some reason, you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days so that we can make every effort to fix the problem. If you are still unhappy, return it to us, and we will refund your money, less shipping fees and any bank credit card charges if applicable.
